My approach

I believe that the difficulties we go through are not simply obstacles to overcome. They are often a sign that a part of us is asking to be acknowledged, understood, or integrated. Behind a symptom, a recurring pattern, or a crisis lies an invitation to better understand ourselves and find meaning in what we are experiencing.

I believe that each of us carries a natural impulse toward growth and balance. Life's challenges, our wounds, and the ways we adapt to cope with them can hinder the expression of that impulse.

I see therapy as a space where we explore together what is unfolding in your experience.

During our sessions, we pay attention to what is present here and now: your emotions, bodily sensations, thoughts, and the way you relate to yourself, to others, and to your environment. This helps us understand what is happening, what keeps repeating itself, and what is asking to be acknowledged, so that you can gradually reconnect with this natural impulse and open the possibility of new ways of being and living.

Each therapeutic journey is shaped by your personal history, your needs, and what emerges throughout the process. I do not work from a fixed protocol, but from the encounter with each person and what unfolds within the therapeutic relationship.

My approach is integrative. I accompany each person as a whole, taking into account the psychological, emotional, physical, relational, and existential dimensions of their experience.
